Experimental short film. Shot on 16mm in the Scottish Borders.
Performed by Bridie Ashrowan.
A playful film exploring the relationship between the camera, the performer and the landscape. Shot at my childhood home, the performer is my mother. It considers ideas around family, the context of place, futile action and rurality. It was an exercise in responding intuitively to my surroundings.
